An event like the Tribute to Our Troops dinner is a success in large part to the generous support of sponsors throughout the community. Again this year, we are asking our business and community leaders to step up and make a financial contribution. We have established three levels of sponsorship that you can choose from, the details are outlined below. Last year the Tribute to Our Troop dinner raised approximately $60,000 to support The Ontario Regiment Foundation, which provides invaluable services to our troops and their families.
Sponsorship Rank: General
The General Rank is set t $10,000 and includes:
- One table of eight in a premier location in the dining hall
- One soldier or special guest to be seated at the table
- Choice of sponsoring the dinner or wine reception
- Full page ad in program
- Premier placement of company name/logo on program and advertising materials
- Company logo on large screens scrolling throughout the evening
- Certificate of Appreciation on the table acknowledging company (logo) and level of sponsorship
- Special thank you plaque acknowledging sponsorship
- Tax receipt to the level allowed by Revenue Canada
Sponsorship Rank: Officer
The Officer Rank is set t $5,000 and includes:
- One table of eight in the dining hall
- One soldier or special guest to be seated at the table
- Half page ad in program
- Company name/logo on all promotional and advertising material
- Company logo on large screens scrolling throughout the evening
- Certificate of Appreciation on the table acknowledging company (logo) and level of sponsorship
- Special thank you plaque acknowledging sponsorship
- Tax receipt to the level allowed by Revenue Canada
Sponsorship Rank: Soldier
The Soldier Rank is set at $2,500 and includes:
- One table of eight in the dining hall
- Quarter page ad in program
- Company name/logo on all promotional and advertising material
- Tax receipt to the level allowed by Revenue Canada
